Franklin Crafts has been in business since 1985.  Purchased out of the chain by Pete D. and Shirley A. Cochran.  First location was at 27th and Main in Hays, KS.  Currently, we are now an online business to serve your art and crafting needs around the clock. 
Custom picture framing is still available in Hays at 333 East 8th.  Contact Laurie at 785.625.9212 to set up an appointment.
